Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 15, 2026 Version: 3.2

This notice describes the information that Next Loan Technologies, LLC processes when you use LoanGraphs websites, applications, reports, APIs, and related services.

1. Scope

LoanGraphs provides tools for mortgage professionals. These tools include client and lead management, pricing, loan scenarios, borrower reports, property information, outreach, websites, and billing. This notice applies to information that LoanGraphs processes for these services.

A mortgage company or another organization can give you access to LoanGraphs. That organization can also control information in its LoanGraphs account. Contact the organization if you have a question about information that it controls.

2. Information we collect

We can collect the following information:

  • Account and profile information. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, role, NMLS information, profile image, and preferences.
  • Client, property, and loan information. This can include borrower contact information, property addresses, property values, loan balances, rates, terms, credit score ranges, and report inputs that a user enters or imports.
  • Content and communications. This can include report content, campaign content, messages, support requests, and information that a user sends through a form.
  • Billing and transaction information. Payment providers process payment card details. LoanGraphs can receive customer, purchase, subscription, credit, and payment status records from those providers.
  • Integration information. When a user connects an available integration, LoanGraphs can receive or send the information needed for the requested integration.
  • Technical information. This can include IP address, browser and device information, pages used, actions, referral information, performance data, and error data.

Do not enter a Social Security number, bank password, or other information that the product does not request.

LoanGraphs MBS Rates for iPhone

The iPhone app uses your LoanGraphs email address and password to sign you in. The app stores its sign-in token in the iOS Keychain. LoanGraphs uses your account identifier and plan status to control access. Billing takes place on the LoanGraphs website. The iPhone app does not collect payment card details.

When you save rate alerts, LoanGraphs stores your Apple push notification token, selected mortgage product, change threshold, and optional rate limits with your account. Apple processes the notification token to deliver push notifications. You can turn off alerts in the app or change notification permission in iPhone Settings.

LoanGraphs stores the lender name, reprice direction, submission time, and earned stars for reprice reports that you submit. These reports are linked to your account. Account deletion requests are also linked to your account.

Rate images and template text are prepared on your iPhone. The app does not upload these images or template text to LoanGraphs. Saving an image uses add-only Photos access. The app does not read your photo library. When you choose Share, the app sends the image to the app or recipient you select. That recipient's privacy practices then apply.

Pinned instruments and the pin help preference stay on your iPhone. The native app contains no advertising or cross-app tracking SDK. Its bundled image studio does not load website analytics. If you open the LoanGraphs website from the app, the website practices described in this notice apply.

Requests to our services can create server and hosting logs, including IP addresses, request paths, times, and response status. We use these records to operate and protect the service. Removing the iPhone app does not delete your LoanGraphs web account or cancel a website subscription. See Retention and deletion below.

3. How we use information

We can use information to:

  • Create and operate accounts.
  • Provide client, pricing, report, property, website, and outreach features.
  • Complete actions that a user requests.
  • Process billing, credit purchases, and subscription changes.
  • Provide support and communicate about the service.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, and improve the service.
  • Detect misuse and protect the service.
  • Meet applicable legal requirements and respond to valid legal requests.

4. How we share information

LoanGraphs can share information in these cases:

  • Service providers. Providers can process information for hosting, payments, email, text messages, direct mail, property data, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, and AI features.
  • User-directed delivery. We can send information to a borrower, partner, company member, or other recipient when a user requests that action.
  • Account organizations. Company members can access information that the service makes available to their organization.
  • Business and legal events. We can disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Each external provider has its own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before you connect a service or send information through it.

LoanGraphs support text messages

LoanGraphs is operated by Next Loan Technologies, LLC. If you choose the optional SMS checkbox on our contact form, we collect your phone number and consent details to reply about your software support request. Messages may include troubleshooting replies and support updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to another brand or used for marketing. Providers helping us record support requests or deliver text messages may process this information only to provide those services; this exception does not authorize their own marketing.

SMS consent is optional. You can receive support by email without opting in. Reply STOP to stop support texts or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us through the contact form. See our support SMS terms.

5. Browser storage and analytics

LoanGraphs uses cookies, local browser storage, and session browser storage for account sessions, preferences, saved form state, affiliate attribution, and other product functions. Some product functions will not work if you block this storage.

Public marketing pages can use Google Tag Manager and Flook. LoanGraphs can also use Sentry for performance and error monitoring. Borrower report pages do not load marketing analytics, and client Sentry events from those pages are blocked.

You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies and browser storage. These controls can sign you out or remove saved preferences.

6. AI features

Some LoanGraphs features send a prompt and selected context to a configured AI provider. The provider processes that information to return generated content. Do not put a Social Security number, bank credential, or unnecessary borrower information in an AI prompt.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review all generated content before you use or send it.

7. Retention and deletion

LoanGraphs retains information while an account is active and as needed to operate the service, complete requested transactions, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods.

You can request account or personal-information deletion by emailing privacy@loangraphs.com. We can require identity verification. We can also retain information when the law permits or requires it, or when it is needed for an active dispute, security review, or transaction.

Deleting your account from the iPhone app. The LoanGraphs MBS Rates app offers Delete LoanGraphs account. It requires your password. If your account holds only app data and the records created at signup, LoanGraphs deletes the account immediately after you confirm. This removes your sign-in, profile, templates, personal landing page, reprice reports, stars, saved alerts, stored images, and every sign-in token. We send a completion notice to the email address that the account used.

If your account also holds website data, such as company membership, clients, loans, leads, shared content, or billing, the app cannot delete it automatically. The app shows the reason and asks you to contact privacy@loangraphs.com. We then review ownership of shared records and billing before deletion.

After deletion we keep a deletion record for up to 730 days. It contains the request ID, a one-way hash of the email address, timestamps, and record counts. It does not contain your name, email address, or account content. We use it to re-apply the deletion if a database backup is restored. Database backups expire under our backup schedule within two years. Server and hosting logs expire under log rotation. We do not keep other copies of a deleted account.

8. Security

LoanGraphs uses technical and organizational measures that are intended to protect information. No system, storage method, or transmission method is completely secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

Protect your account credentials. Contact security@loangraphs.com if you believe that an account or the service has a security problem.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You can also have a right to object to or opt out of some processing.

Send a request to privacy@loangraphs.com. Include the email address for the relevant account and describe the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents until LoanGraphs gives you a secure method and asks for them.

To request a marketing email opt-out, email privacy@loangraphs.com. A marketing opt-out does not stop service messages that are needed for an active account or a requested action.

10. Children

LoanGraphs is for mortgage professionals. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact privacy@loangraphs.com if you believe that a child provided personal information to LoanGraphs.

11. Changes to this notice

LoanGraphs can update this notice when the service or its information practices change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect.
